Terms & Conditions

In the following Terms and Conditions:

‘Labyrinth’ relates to Labyrinth Limited

‘Event’ relates to any event promoted by Labyrinth.

‘Venue’ relates to any location a Labyrinth Event takes place.

‘Customer’ relates to anyone who purchases or holds a ticket.

The below Terms & Conditions apply to all Events promoted by Labyrinth.

By purchasing a ticket to an Event you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ENTRY

There is a strict ZERO tolerance on illegal drugs.

Entry to the event is subject to security searches of persons, clothing and bags. Labyrinth reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and refuse entry or eject any Customer who refuses to be searched.

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.

Labyrinth reserves the right to confiscate any item which may not be suitable for the event as well as a danger to others or the venue (see PROHIBITED ITEMS list below).

Labyrinth reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any Customer whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or illegal, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, aggressive behaviour or refusal to comply with instructions from Event staff or security.

Customers who damage any part of a Venue will be held responsible for that damage and Labyrinth may take legal actions against the Customer if needed.

Labyrinth operates a strict ‘NO RE-ENTRY’ policy.

All events promoted by Labyrinth are strictly 18+ and challenge 25 policy is in place. You may be required to present a physical proof of ID on entrance and the following are accepted:

- Valid, in date passport

- Driving license

- Home Office approved or proof of age ID card that displays the pass hologram

- National ID card that displays the pass hologram

Please check last entry times for each show individually as this varies from venue to venue.

ACCESSIBILITY AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any accessibility requirements or require reasonable adjustments. Please contact us in advance at info@labyrinthevents.com where possible.

Customers may bring prescription medication and essential medical equipment required for the duration of the Event, provided that the items are for personal use only. Medication should be carried in its original packaging and clearly labelled with the Customer’s name, which must match the name on the Ticket.

Customers are encouraged to bring supporting documentation (such as a prescription, or a letter from a healthcare professional).

Labyrinth recognises not all medical conditions or requirements can be easily documented.

For safety and security reasons, Customers should only bring quantities of medication reasonably required for the duration of the Event. All medication must be for personal use.

Venues may operate their own specific policies regarding medication and medical equipment. In the event of any conflict, Venue policies take precedence.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays at entry while checks are carried out. In limited circumstances, where items cannot be verified as safe or appropriate, entry may be refused at the discretion of Event staff or the Venue.

In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Venue’s terms, the Venue’s terms and decisions will be final.

TICKETING

By purchasing a ticket, you are buying a ticket to the event as a whole, not a specific act or room. Event management reserves the right to limit access to some rooms based on the safety and capacity of individual rooms.

Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published Event programme without notification which may result in changes to the performance line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event. We reserve all rights in this regard. Any published start times of a performance at the Event are estimates and subject to change. We shall not be liable for any change of a published start time or change to the artists scheduled to perform. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing and so cancellation by an artist or performer will not entitle you to a refund.

Labyrinth reserve the right to alter the Event programme, including line up, timings, venue layout, services or schedule in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), Force Majeure safety and security concerns or decisions from any Authorised Person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, neither we nor the Official Ticketing Agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in a paragraph ‎below of these Conditions.

A Ticket will not be exchanged or refunded if:

a) after the Event has started, it is stopped for any reason and is not completed the same day;

b) on any day of the Event, the start time is delayed for any reason;

c) the start time (but not the date) of the Event changes after the date the Ticket was purchased; or

d) the Ticket is used for entry into the Venue.

We shall only be required to refund a Ticket Purchaser (on application by the Ticket Purchaser) with the Face Value of the relevant Ticket, in the following circumstances:

a) if the Event is cancelled before the Event has started;

b) if the Ticket is for an Event which is postponed before the Event has started and the Event is rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue) subject to the Ticket Purchaser’s election under these Conditions; or

c) if the Ticket Purchaser is otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law.

If the Event is postponed before the Event starts and the Event is rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue), the Ticket Holder may elect to either:

a) use the existing Ticket for the rescheduled Event if the Event is rescheduled for another date but at the Venue; or

b) if the Event is rescheduled to a different venue and there are insufficient Tickets available, or the Ticket Holder is unable to attend any rescheduled Event (whether at the Venue or at a different venue), the Ticket Purchaser shall be entitled to apply for a refund pursuant to these Conditions.

Where a refund applies, only the original Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund. The Ticket Purchaser will be advised of the process and the prescribed deadline for refund applications through the media or via direct communication within 10 working days of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event. The Ticket Purchaser must follow the prescribed process and deadline and produce the original Ticket in order to be eligible for a refund. We shall not be required to issue a refund in relation to any Ticket which we reasonably believe has been the subject of a sale, transfer or disposal in breach of paragraphs ‎of these Conditions.

Tickets must only be purchased through authorised ticket agents. Labyrinth holds no responsibility for fake or duplicated tickets and holders of such will not be allowed to enter the event.

Tickets may only be resold through authorised resale platforms approved by Labyrinth. When purchasing a ticket, you are not automatically entitled to resell that ticket, even if the authorised ticket agent supports resale. In any event, Labyrinth will not permit resale until every ticket from all tiers is sold out. Listing a Ticket for resale does not guarantee that the ticket will be resold. Labyrinth accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised resale platforms. Tickets that have been resold in breach of these Terms may be cancelled without refund.

Tickets purchased by under 18s will not be refunded or exchanged.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or there has been a material change of the Event. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in Labyrinth’s reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that the Customer, taken generally, could reasonably expect. Changes to performance times shall not be considered a material alteration. A material alteration is judged, in Labyrinth’s absolute discretion, by reference to the nature and billing of each event. The event is judged, in Labyrinth’s absolute discretion, by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual act scheduled to appear. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by an artist will not entitle to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill. For the avoidance of doubt, a change of 50% or less of the lineup is not considered a material change.

Refunds can only be claimed within 30 days of the Event date.

LATE ENTRY

Certain tickets may have a last entry time. Ticket Holders arriving after the last entry time may be refused entry without refund. At the discretion of Labyrinth or the Venue, entry after the stated last entry time may be permitted subject to payment of a Late Entry Fee. The Late Entry Fee amount may vary by Event and will be payable on arrival.

Being in a queue at or before the last entry time does not give exemption from the Late Entry Fee. Ticket Holders are responsible for arriving in sufficient time to gain entry before the last entry time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labyrinth shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained at the Event except where caused by the negligence of Labyrinth or its employees.

HEALTH MEASURES

Labyrinth reserves the right to implement health and safety measures required by law, government guidance or venue policy. Customers are responsible for complying with any such requirements.

MAILER SUBSCRIPTION

By purchasing a ticket to an Event the Customer gives consent for their e-mail address to be added to Labyrinth database.
