We warmly welcome audiences with long-term physical and mental health conditions and those who are disabled, neurodivergent and deaf.

The Event Series is a standing only festival. Accessible seating with step-free access is available for Accessible Ticket holders on the viewing platform beside the Chapel, with clear views of the Stage.

Accessible toilets are available next to the Viewing Platform and multiple other locations across the venue.

For wheelchair users, we have half-height serving counters at the Main Bars and plenty of hard standing areas for ease of access.

Site access

Old Royal Naval College is a UNESCO World Heritage site with Grade I listed buildings. While much of the site is accessible, some areas do not have step-free access:

  1. the Queen Anne Courtyard

  2. the King William Courtyard

  3. the Painted Hall (VIP area)

Important note for VIP ticket holders: the main lift to access the Painted Hall is currently out of order due to a technical fault. There are 7 steps to access the King William Undercroft, 20 steps to access the Lower Vestibule of the Painted Hall, 16 steps to access the Main Vestibule the Painted Hall and a further 7 steps to access the Upper Hall.

If you have purchased a VIP ticket and have mobility issues, contact us at info@labyrinthevents.com

All Accessible ticketholders will receive an Accessibility Info Pack via email in advance of the Event.

Accessibility ticket information

Accessibility tickets will be available to purchase on DICE for the on-sale. We will be limiting these per show to ensure we can provide appropriate facilities for all accessible ticket holders.

If you require a Personal Assistant/companion to attend the festival with you, we do offer free carer tickets. Follow the steps below:

1. Purchase an 'Accessibility Ticket' from the standard ticket purchase page on DICE. If you don't require a carer ticket, that is all you need to do. If you are applying for our PA/carer Ticket Scheme, you must purchase 1x Accessible ticket for yourself, but please do not purchase a ticket for the person acting as your PA and follow the below steps.

2. Email a screenshot of your DICE ticket in app and submit your supporting valid evidence via email to – info@labyrinthevents.com.

Valid Evidence:

- A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol. Visit the Access Card page for more information.

- Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 - 95 dBHL or more.

- War Pensions Mobility Allowance.

- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)

- A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker.

- Benefit award letters.

- Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides)

3. Once the evidence and ticket info has been received and verified, we can send you a link to purchase your free PA/companion ticket.

4. You will have both tickets in the DICE app. They will be available to activate on the day of the event.

5. Closer to the event, we will send you an Access Information Pack with all the information you require about our accessible facilities on site.
